Position-Wise Eligibility & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Officer – Corporate Communications Group (Mumbai)

Age: Max 30 years (as of 31 August 2025)
Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communication, Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields
  • Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in corporate houses, media organizations, advertising or public relations agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage media relations to enhance the Bank’s visibility
  • Prepare communication material including reports, brochures, and press releases
  • Assess sponsorship proposals and advertisements
  • Address internal communication needs
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support senior management in corporate events and official visits
  • Expand the Bank’s presence on social and digital media platforms
  • Provide assistance in communication strategy development

Officer – Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Compliance (Mumbai)

Age: Max 35 years
Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Engineering or Post Graduate in Management/Environmental Sciences
  • Preference for candidates with certification in ESG, Climate Risk, or GHG Accounting
  • Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of work experience, including 1 year in ESG risk assessment, compliance, and mitigation
  • Preference for experience in financial institutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG policies aligned with international best practices
  • Review financing transactions to ensure environmental and social sustainability
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Assist clients in adopting sustainable practices
  • Report on GHG emissions and climate risks
  • Explore financing opportunities with developmental and sustainability goals

Officer – Infrastructure Project Management (New Delhi)

Age: Max 35 years
Educational Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech or equivalent with at least 50% marks
  • Post-graduation is desirable

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in procurement, project formulation, management, or monitoring in sectors like civil construction, power, road, railways, or ports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and vet Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
  • Assist in tendering processes and scope definition
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Evaluate project designs and technical drawings
  • Use project management tools for planning and execution

Selection Process

  • Screening based on educational qualifications and work experience
  • Shortlisting in the ratio of 1:10 (for example, for 8 vacancies, up to 80 candidates may be shortlisted)
  • Personal interview in Mumbai or New Delhi
  • Final selection based on academic scores, qualifications, and interview performance
  • In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked based on graduation and post-graduation scores
