Eligibility
- Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India or as per norms for Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, and PIO as mentioned in notification.
- Educational Qualification:
- Credit Manager: Graduation with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) OR CA/CMA/CFA/MBA(Finance) + 3 years’ experience in branch management/credit appraisal in a scheduled commercial bank.
- Agriculture Manager: Graduation in Agriculture or allied disciplines with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) + 3 years’ experience in relevant field as an officer in a scheduled commercial bank.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Minimum: 23 years
- Maximum: 35 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen & others: As per Govt. rules
Salary
- Scale of Pay (MMGS-II): ₹64,820 – 93,960/- plus allowances (DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical, LTC, etc.) as per bank rules.
