- Master’s degree in Social Science / Public Health / Management or equivalent
✅ Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in state, district, or health program implementation
✅ Desirable Skills
✔ Good understanding of HIV/AIDS, public health systems, and related programs
✔ Familiarity with organizational structure and functions of public health bodies
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language and English
✔ Working knowledge of computers (preferably CCC or equivalent certified course)
