Eligibility & Qualifications

Deputy Registrar (A/Cs)

• Qualification: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as Assistant Registrar or equivalent administrative position.
• Desirable: Experience in accounting procedures in IITs/NITs/Central Govt. institutes, additional degree in Finance/Accounts.
• Age Limit: Max 50 years.

Library Information Assistant

• Qualification: B.Lib./B.Lib.Info.Sc. with 55% marks and 5 years’ library experience.
• Desirable: Master’s in Library/Information Science.
• Age Limit: Max 30 years.

Junior Engineer (Civil/Architect)

• Qualification:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Architecture with 60% marks and 5 years’ experience, OR
  • Diploma in Civil/Architecture with 60% marks and 8 years’ experience.
• Age Limit: Max 35 years.

Junior Assistant (Office)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s in Science/Commerce/Engineering with 50% marks.
  • 2 years’ experience in Govt./Private organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, typing speed 35 wpm.
• Age Limit: Max 35 years.

Junior Assistant (Labs)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering with 55% marks.
  • 3 years’ relevant lab experience.
• Desirable: B.E. in CSE/ECE, knowledge of lab instruments & computer applications.
• Age Limit: Max 35 years.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• General age limits: 30 to 50 years depending on post.
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC-NCL – 3 years
  • PwD – 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen & Govt. employees – as per GoI rules.
