About the Apprenticeship Program
The LICHFL Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide:

⚠️ Important Note: This apprenticeship is NOT a permanent job. Apprentices will not be considered employees of LICHFL. After successful completion, candidates will receive a Proficiency Certificate from BOAT and can explore career opportunities in Banks, Insurance Companies, and other BFSI organization

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Age Limit (as on 01-09-2025): 20 to 25 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (completed between 01-09-2021 and 01-09-2025)
- Work Experience: Should not have completed, terminated, or currently pursuing any other apprenticeship
Selection Process
The selection will be carried out in multiple stages:
- Online Application through NATS portal
- Entrance Examination conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India
- Exam Pattern: 100 MCQs
- Subjects: Basic Banking, Insurance, Investment, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Digital & Computer Literacy, and English
- Duration: 60 Minutes
- Mode: Online remote proctored test (from home, using smartphone with front camera and good internet connection)
- Examination Fee:
- General/OBC – ₹944
- SC/ST/Female – ₹708
- PwBD – ₹472
- Document Verification & Personal Interview at LIC HFL offices
- Final Selection & Offer Letter issuance by LIC HFL
