Bachelor’s Degree with Divisional Officers Course / Fire Prevention Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur OR
B.E./B.Tech (Fire), B.E./B.Tech (Fire & Safety), B.Sc. (Fire), or equivalent from recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of service in Fire Brigade, including 3 years as Station Officer / Assistant Divisional Officer or equivalent in Govt./Local Body/Board/Corporation.
Other Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules).
Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
Physical and medical standards as per Appendix-A.
Deputy Chief Fire Officer
Education: Same as Additional Chief Fire Officer (Bachelor’s Degree with Divisional Officer Course or B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Fire & Safety).
Experience: Minimum 7 years of service in Fire Brigade, with at least 3 years in Station Officer / Assistant Divisional Officer post or equivalent.
Other Requirements: Same as above.
